RE: honed granite Description

I would not recommend honed Granite (http://tanbrown.org) as a Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top as it will absorb bacteria & the honed Granite (http://tanbrown.org) is also prone to staining which you would not get if you went with polished Granite (http://tanbrown.org) . The colour changes due to the torching of the Stone (http://g603.net) , & in the magazines they use over head lighting in order to give the illusion of shine.

I hope this is helpful as I have worked in the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) business for 12 years now & everybody I have ever sold honed Granite (http://tanbrown.org) to for indoor use has replaced their Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) s within 5 years.
